The recent acquisition of Chem Arrow in the United States and its offices in Canada and the UK, by Motul, is an important step in the expansion strategy of our Group.

The path traced is to reach 200 million euros in turnover by 2030, to be achieved through acquisitions in strategic market segments and geographical areas.
‍

This expansion strategy has led to a restyling of our logo, to symbolize belonging to a Group of international importance, while maintaining the uniqueness and experience of more than a hundred years of life of Baraldi.
‍

For us, this expansion means being able to increase the number of countries in which our products are present, expanding our sales network and having a greater capacity to penetrate potentially very interesting markets such as the USA, Canada and Great Britain.

The complementarity of our product range, with that of the other companies of the MOTUL group, allows us to offer companies linked to the supply chain of non-ferrous metals and aluminum in particular, a proposal of high-quality lubricants, for all the main phases of metal processing, from Diecasting, to Extrusion, to Metalworking, up to Heat Treatment.
